I am trying to cut way back on my buying fabric frenzy. I have plenty here to start some projects. I'm simply waiting for my new patterns/books to get here to start on something in earnest and the Bloggers Block Palooza is starting up soon. Yes, there is plenty here to play with...

Now that all the fabric I ordered online at the end of December has arrived, I can take the "I'm not buying more fabric until I use some up" pledge too.... and I don't think there's any coming out soon that I'd really have to buy; however, the Sherbet Pips line looks like a LOT of fun!

When I made my mother's jacket before Christmas, I was determined to use fabrics I already had. All I had to buy was for the front and lining and I was pleased to reduce some of my stash. I bet you can too.
That said....good grief do I love that fabric! I'm going to have to purchase some myself. And I've been so good......

ReplyDeleteI think a lot of people are digging into their stashes with the way the economy is. At least we all know we are not alone!
I am anxious for the day when I can buy. My quilting is for charity only right now so I am using donated fabrics (And shirts and such picked up from the clothing give-away- places) There are so many tasty looking fabrics to choose from!!!

Oh, I love so many different fabrics that there is no way I could buy them all! There is always something new and fun coming out. I love it!
