Falling Charms

April 16, 2014

Last fall, we went shopping at Front Porch Quilts in Prairie De Chien, Wi. They open up their basement where the fabric is for sale at half off. My hubby spent about an hour downstairs picking out fabric for me to play with. By himself. I was wandering upstairs while he was shopping. =) Though the photo shows only 1 charm pack, we actually bought 4.

Plenty of fabric to make Missouri Star Quilt Company's Falling Charms quilt. =)

Have a happy Wednesday!!!

  5. He's a keeper dear, but you already know that. Any guy that will go with you in a fabric store while there's a sale is a good one! He chose well on that charm pack, too!

  11. Your hubby is one of a kind!
I had to chuckle when I read your plans - I made a quilt using that tutorial, and I used your cross-hatch quilt design for the quilting - it worked perfectly! My post, showing the "Falling Charms" and your quilting design is dated Nov. 15th.....
