Rusty and I went junking on Good Friday. On a whim, we decided to pop into one of our local antique stores. Am I glad we did!
It was in the basement, just waiting for me to come and get it.
It's a little rough around the edges and could use a fresh coat of paint. Maybe someday, this one and the little yellow cabinet, can get a facelift.
In the meantime, I like it just the way it is. It's a perfect addition to my kitchen and a great piece for a pantry.
I'm linking up with Vintage Thingy Thursday.
I LOVE it!! It reminds me of one that my hubby's aunt had in her house.

Nice! We had all metal cabinets in our house when we bought it and I gave them to my mom. Kind of wish I had kept them now.
ReplyDeletethis is adorable...it would be so fun in a nice retro turquoise.
ReplyDeleteI love it!
ReplyDeleteNow that is a cool piece. It is fun to find things like that. We have a real thrift/junk store here in town and I have learned to dig.

ReplyDeleteLove your pantry! You always find the coolest things! :)
ReplyDeleteLove your new Vintage piece. It reminds me of one I have down at the lake that I picked up in an Amish barn "junking" 20 years ago when I was living in Lancaster PA. Love it when a piece reminds you of a special place or outing.
