It's not always easy to live with a man who thinks like an engineer. Too literal, if you know what I mean.
In the following conversation, there was no malice, nor any intention of anyone hurting the other's feelings.
Me: Rusty...Do you love me with all of your heart?
Rusty: Probably not, baby...
Me: Oh....
Rusty: I don't think it's Biblical, honey.
Me: Oh, okay...I don't love you with all of my heart either.
*silence for a few seconds*
Rusty: Baby, I love you with all of my heart.
Me: I love you with all of my heart, too....
He might not love me with all of his heart, but I do have the key to his heart...
That's sweet.
