oh AMy this is lovely.....i can not wait to see you progress on this. today i hope to get a binding on a small quilt and start quilting the mini for my sister.
Amy, love you fabrics as usual. Guess I'm just hungry today give me a spoon and I'd try scooping those luscious looking colors up, they are so pretty. I'm making a cake today and doing a little hand applique on a quilt block.
I love it! And it will be beautiful in those fabrics. I've been wanting to do one like that. I bought the ruler and now can't find them. But I do know where the jelly roll is. LOL!! Maybe I should go home and look for the ruler. (It's been years since I've seen it. I don't have much hope that I'll find it.)
I see both you and Clara are making this pattern. I told her I made this two years ago with Authentic from Sweetwater and it is one of my most favorite quilts!! Have fun. Love your fabric choices too!

Ooh, good choice of fabrics!!
ReplyDeleteThat's a cute pattern. Kind of like hexies (which seems to be all the rage!), but with less paper. Note I didn't say less work :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pattern and fabric - enjoy! I'm busy tidying my sewing space....
ReplyDeleteSuch a cheery pattern! Beats cleaning another closet, but I'm afraid that's what I'm stuck doing today. :-) Enjoy that pretty fabric!

ReplyDeleteWhat a fun pattern! It is like a simple way of doing a grandmothers flower garden quilt. How perfect for summer. :)
