Now is one of those times where I wish I had a design wall. Alas, a floor will have to do, however, that will have to wait until next week. Today I am going to work on my Bowls With Borders blog hop project. It's almost done and I am anxious to see it completed. =)
Tomorrow Russ and I are going on a bike ride with some friends from our church. I can't wait!
Have a great weekend, everyone. =D
Beautiful!!
ReplyDeletei hope the bike ride was fun!!! i always dream about having a huge design wall where i sew but i have no room for one.
ReplyDeleteOh Amy~ I love these blocks! Have a great weekend!!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! This will be beautiful. Have a good weekend!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure what a 'design board' is, but couldn't you use something like a 4 x 8 sheet of particle board from someplace like Lowes or Home Depot or Menards? That should be easy to come by. Sorry. I tend to be a fixer, one of the annoying things about me.
ReplyDeleteThe fabrics are beautiful!
You're looking very organized in that pic. Enjoy your bowls.
ReplyDeleteLove the colors!! Can't wait to see it completed.

Buy a cheap, flannel backed, vinyl tablecloth and use the flannel side. You can attach it almost anywhere, as a temporary design wall. Use pins to anchor the pieces, and, for the cost, it doesn't matter when it falls apart.
ReplyDeleteI love these!! I did look for my ruler for making these and didn't find it. I've got to go look some more, I know it's there somewhere. LOL!!
