Good for you!! I'm not great on the "diet food" but I have walked/run on my treadmill almost every day for 2 weeks and best yet... I can FEEL the difference, even though the scale is moving ever so slightly.
Everyone's talking about the food and I'm still here, amazed by how you inserted the words around the food...how do you do this stuff?? Is it a talent you have to be born with?
I do not do scales! In fact, today is my annual and I will be stepping on the scale backwards and they are ordered to not make any type of hint about my weight. Though, I know it will be less than last year. My family is riddled with eating disorders, me included, and I don't want to go down that road again. So, my goal is simple, to get the clothes I wore last year, to fit more comfortably, then, I may decide to go down to a smaller size. My dream goal, the size I would LOVE to be is a 12.
I just got back from the grocery store and can tell you exactly how many calories all of my meals or snacks have without looking, LOL.
There's enough good stuff / healthy stuff out there now that I don't really feel like I have to eat anything I don't like. I do remember the days when anything healthy tasted like cardboard.
I am so grateful to all of you who take the time to leave a comment! I will respond to your comment/questions in an email unless you have your email hidden. In that case, I will reply to your comment on my blog. Also, I apologize for having to block anonymous users - too much spam was coming through.

ReplyDeleteGood luck with it! Some things are nasty to eat; it can be tricky finding the good foods that are actually good tasting. Hang in there!
